They did provide wheelchair assistance, which I appreciated, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. Replies took a long time, and some of the information was a bit unclear. I get that things can get busy, but for something like special assistance, clear and timely communication really should be a basic thing.

I signed up for their loyalty program thinking it might actually save me a bit, but honestly... I don’t really see the point. The points system is confusing, the rewards are kinda hard to use, and it’s not very clear what you’re even supposed to get. just feels like more hassle than it’s worth. Not impressed at all
